Nothing on this website books a ride by itself. A ride exists once we have spoken with you and confirmed the date, the time, the pickup and the fare. The request form is a convenience for getting those details to us; it is not a confirmation.

Fares

We quote the fare before you book, on the same call. That quote is for the trip as you described it. If the trip changes on the day, for example a different destination or a much longer wait, the fare may change, and we will tell you before we do anything that changes it.

Availability

We are a small operation. We cannot promise that a particular date or time is available until we have confirmed it with you, and on rare occasions weather, traffic, a vehicle problem, or an earlier trip running long can affect a pickup. If that happens we will call you as soon as we know.

Accuracy

We keep this site as accurate as we can, but the details of a service change over time. If something here matters to your decision, please confirm it on the phone rather than relying on the page.
