Accessibility Statement

We move people who use wheelchairs for a living. A website that is hard to use would be a poor way to introduce ourselves, so we have tried to build one that works for the people who need it.

What we are aiming for

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard most commonly referenced for public websites in the United States.

What that meant in practice

Where it falls short

Two things we know about. The scrolling list of towns we serve moves on its own; it pauses when you hover over it and stops entirely under reduced motion, and the same towns are listed as plain text in the service area section. The date and time pickers in the request form use whatever your phone or browser provides, so their behaviour is not entirely ours to control. If either causes you trouble, please just call.

Tell us if something does not work

If any part of this site gets in your way, we want to hear about it, and we would rather fix it than have you struggle with it. Call and tell us what happened and what you were using. We will also take your booking over the phone right then, so nothing has to wait on a fix.

The service itself

Our vehicles are ramp-equipped and our drivers assist door through door. If you have a question about whether we can accommodate a particular chair, scooter, or situation, ask us. The answer is usually yes, and when it is not we will tell you plainly.
